First they’ll ask you some questions for statistical purposes. This will take about 10 minutes.

  1. How accurate do you think the results of this tracking can possibly be? I feel like true happiness is much different than elation, which seems to be what this site measures. I am also curious to see what are the results of this study. Nevertheless, it is an interesting tool for self-reflection and self-monitoring!

  2. Thanks for bringing this site to my attention! It seems like a fascinating idea – it’s interesting that people are actively looking for a way to keep their happiness in check. I think, in general, it’s difficult to identify true happiness in the moment. This site seems like a great tool for being more conscious about appreciating and identifying happiness in the moment – I’m definitely going to try it out!

  3. Wow! How cool. This reminds me of new technology that psychologists are using to have patients track their feelings instead of writing it in a journal or worksheet. I think that everyone can use devices such as this one to evaluate how they feel, and learn more about their emotions. I can’t wait to try this!
